This licence agreement applies to every app and game Kyajo Tech publishes, unless that app has its own agreement on its product page. By installing or using one of our apps, you agree to it.

Who we are
Kyajo Tech is an independent software studio based in Nepal. You can reach us at hello@kyajo.com.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the app on devices you own or control, and to use it for your own, non-commercial purposes. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
What you may not do
- sell, rent, lend or redistribute the app, or modified copies of it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows this despite this agreement;
- remove or change any copyright notice in the app;
- use the app to break any law or to harm anyone.
Ownership
The app, including its code, design, artwork, sounds and name, belongs to Kyajo Tech. Open-source components are covered by their own licences, which each app lists in its settings.
Where you got the app
If you got the app from an app store, such as Google Play, that store’s terms also apply. The store is not responsible for the app or for supporting it; we are.
Updates and support
We may release updates that fix problems, add features, or change or remove existing ones. We are not obliged to provide updates or support, but we read every message sent to hello@kyajo.com.
Your data
Each app’s privacy policy explains what it stores and where. Our data deletion page explains how to remove anything we hold.
Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. It also ends if you break it. When it ends, you must stop using the app and delete it.
No warranty
Apps are provided as they are, without guarantees that they will be free of errors or work on every device, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kyajo Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of an app. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to this agreement
If we change this agreement, we will update this page and the date above. Using an app after a change means you accept the new version.
Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Nepal. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of the country you live in gives you.
