Lumora Blocks terms of service

These terms apply to Lumora Blocks, a puzzle game by Kyajo Tech. By installing or playing it, you agree to them. Google Play’s terms also apply to how you get the app.

The game

Lumora Blocks is free to play. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install it on devices you own or control and to play it for your own enjoyment.

Your progress lives on your device

The game saves your progress, stats and settings only on your device. We have no copy, so we cannot restore it. Clearing the app’s data, using Clear Local Data in Settings, or uninstalling the game deletes it permanently.

Please don’t

• sell, rent or redistribute the game, or modified copies of it;
• reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law allows it;
• use the game to break any law.

Ownership

The game, its design, artwork and sounds, and the Lumora Blocks name belong to Kyajo Tech. Open-source components are covered by their own licences, listed under Credits & Licenses in Settings.

Updates

We may update the game to fix problems or add features, and we may change or remove features. If we stop offering the game, the copy on your device keeps working for as long as your device supports it.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it free of bugs, but we do not promise it will always work without errors or on every device.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Kyajo Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost game progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

The game collects no personal data. The Lumora Blocks privacy policy explains what it stores on your device.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of the country you live in gives you.
